CHEROKEE CABIN RENTALS                Reservations Information                             CHEROKEE CABIN RENTALS                                 e-mail: cherokeecabnrntl@gmail.com                                CHECK-OUT TIME is 10:00am                             CHECK-IN TIME starts at 2:00pm                                            Deposits One nights rent is required.  Cash or check will hold your cabin reservation.  Valid Visa, Mastercard or Discover will hold your cabin reservation, also.                                       Cancellation Policy   We'll refund your deposit if we recieve your cancellation 7days before your arrival date.  If you reserved your cabin with a credit card, no charge will be made.  "NO Shows" will be charged for one night's stay.  Cancellations requested less than 7 days will be charged the first night's stay.                                                   Pets We're sorry, but only three cabins can accept a pet.  It must be a very small dog or cat.  No, pets will be accepted in the other cabins,  we must be notified if you have any pets.  There are no exceptions to this...Sorry.  A one time charge of $10.00, is made for each pet.                                                                                                                                                                         1 Bedroom cabins                       4- people capacity, or a single family unit                                       2 Bedroom cabins                               6- people maximum capacity Rates quoted are plus 7.5% sales tax, and 3% per night room tax.                3 NIGHT MINIMUM - certain Holiday Weekends.                   2 NIGHT MINIMUM - any other time of year.                                 CHEROKEE CABIN RENTALS                                        PER NIGHT RATES                                                                                           $    95.99     1 Bedroom Cabins                         $ 109.99- $ 119.99     2 Bedroom Cabins                         $ 159.99-  $ 169.99     3 Bedroom Modular Homes      * We charge "NO CLEANING FEES".  Provided all dishes are cleaned and cabins left in good order.   The cleaning charge is $35.00 per cabin if not.
